Sbey Center for Research and Survey, along with the announcement, (citizens' satisfaction index in the Kurdistan Region for 2023) in which 2050 people participated in the survey, most of them expressed their dissatisfaction with the performance of government institutions in the Kurdistan Region.
The aim of the Kurdistan Citizens' Satisfaction Index is to measure and understand the level of citizens' satisfaction with living conditions, governance, public services and economic opportunities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Another goal of the survey is to provide an important insight into the needs and desires of citizens, which government officials in the Kurdistan Region can use to develop and implement evidence-based policies and strategies to improve citizen satisfaction and welfare. The KCSI index data can also be used as a guide for development to solve citizens' problems and overcome obstacles and crises in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
